IconCool is a complete tool which will allow you to edit, create and modify icons, generate your own dlls and search for more.

IconCool is maybe a bit more complex than other editors because of the lots of features it has and because it supports a huge range of operations.

IconCool is housed in a very intuitive interface, with well-structured menus where you will find effects and filters enough to spend hours and hours designing your own libraries.

In addition, you can change the icon sizes. IconCool can create icons as JPG, ICO, GIF, PNG and CUR.

Limitations: It only allows to save icons as 32x32
